SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
Program Description. Tecbeck sends appointment confirmations and reminders to customers who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Messages cover scheduling confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, and support communications.
Cancellation Instructions. Users may discontinue service anytime by texting "STOP." The company will confirm unsubscribe status via SMS, after which no further messages will be sent. Rejoining requires repeating the original signup process.

Carrier Liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message & Data Rates. Standard message and data charges may apply based on individual wireless plans. Frequency varies according to service usage and appointment scheduling.
Supported Carriers. The SMS program operates with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.
Age Restriction. Participants must be 18 years or older.
Privacy Policy & Compliance. The company complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines.
General Terms
By accessing the Site, users agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site.
